Special air passage is designed to prevent pump oil from returning to contaminate vacuum vessel and pipeline after the pump stops.
3. Environment protection design
The product has a built-in device to eliminate oil mist and an oil-gas separator at air exhaust outlet to treat with oil contamination in air exhaust.
4. Aluminum alloy motor casing
Motor adopts aluminum alloy to make its casing, which has high rate of heat emission and can guarantee continuous normal operation. less than 40℃ in running all the time.the motor and pump are designed as a wholeset. Its appearance is also good looking and they are very portable,10% lighter than another.
5. Large starting torque
This product is specially designed for low temperature and low voltage condition to guarantee a normal starting in winter( ³5℃ teperature) and rated voltage ¡À10%.
6. Oil circulation design
The product runs with extremely high ultimate vacuum and low noise.
7. Super ultimate vacuum
In high-temperature, the usual vacuum pumps' vacuum reach 30Pa under common engine oil. but our ones just 3Pa(0.03mbar25M). This reduces the users' expenses greatly.
The vacuum capacity of usual vacuum pumps can reach 5Pa by vacuum oil. But our ones just 1-2Pa.

9. The better seal capacity
A. The joints of usual products are made by single seal between motor and pump. while,our products adopte the double seals.
B. The "O" ring is adopted to seal the oil tank.
C. The exhaust valve is sealed in the oil from oil-pump, ensuring the pump's reliability in running. the above measures guarantee that our products possess a super seal capacity and don't leak oil.
